Course Description: Students will receive no credit for 40 after taking 100. Six hours of lecture, two hours of discussion, and six hours of laboratory per week for eight weeks. Prerequisites: Mathematics 1B and Physics 7B. Fundamental circuit concepts and analysis techniques in the context of digital electronic circuits. Transient analysis of CMOS logic gates; basic integrated-circuit technology and layout.
Additional Information: In addition to the Course Fee students may be charged a Course Materials Fee. Contact the Electrical Engineering department for details.
